Paternity Screen: Basic paternity screen tests are $325.00. If additional children and/or additional alleged fathers are tested, a fee of $150.00 per person will be added if the samples are submitted at the time the test is initiated. If you would like a kit sent to your home or office, there is a $10 charge for shipping and handling. Kits for parties at multiple locations require a $10 shipping fee for each additional location. The kit includes return packaging and postage for orders within the United States. Kits can be shipped overnight or express for an additional fee. Testing may be initiated with a deposit but any balance must be paid in full prior to the release of results.

Court Admissible Paternity Test: Basic court admissible tests (mother, child and alleged father) are $475.00. If the mother does not participate in the court admissible paternity test there is an additional fee of $75.00 to cover the cost of testing additional markers. If you need additional children and/or additional alleged fathers tested, a fee of $150.00 per person will be added if the samples are submitted at the time the test is initiated. The court admissible test requires that samples be collected following a strict legal chain of custody, therefore fees for shipping to and from a collection site/sites (other than Salt Lake City or Fort Lauderdale) are added.
